I would stay again but be aware of being told of a fake upgrade. Steak at the international buffet was better than the actual steakhouse. Favorite restaurant was Japanese and the Italian place. Would like to get my tip back which was solicited upon check in. The room had ceiling fan which I appreciated. Other than Juan Carlos and Israel both terrible employees - the hotel was awesome and loved the activity, beautiful grounds and landscaping, food, and room. The night shift manager Israel, blamed me for their error, even though it was the fault of the employee. Waited in line for over an hour in the heat to make a reservation only to find out the person that took the reservation didn’t make the actual reservation for dinner. Also there was zero communication on how to book the restaurant reservation upon check in and that there is an app for this. Only problems was with check in employees soliciting for tips to be upgraded to the privilege area and lying about where your room was going to be.

I really liked the room, property, entertainment, and food in the restaurants.
